1. Services Provided
I to J Moving offers professional furniture removal, residential and commercial moving services, and long-distance relocation within the United States. Services are performed based on client specifications provided during booking.

2. Booking & Cancellations

• All bookings must be confirmed with a signed agreement or digital confirmation.

• A deposit may be required to secure service dates.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled move may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the quoted price.
   

3. Payment Terms

• Full payment is due upon completion of the move unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• We accept [credit/debit cards, checks, cash, or online payment – customize as needed].

• Late payments may incur a 5% late fee per week.
   

4. Liability & Insurance

• I to J Moving is licensed, bonded, and insured.

• We are not liable for pre-existing damages, improperly packed items by the customer, or items prohibited by law.

• Basic coverage is included. Additional insurance may be purchased at the client’s request for high-value items.
   

5. Damage Claims

• Any damage must be reported in writing within 48 hours of the move.

• Claims will be assessed and processed in accordance with Colorado state laws and our insurance policy terms.
   

6. Furniture Removal Policy

• I to J Moving removes furniture items as directed by the customer.

• Hazardous materials, perishable goods, and illegal items are not accepted.

• Items left behind are the responsibility of the client unless specifically included in the agreement.
   

7. Client Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate inventory and access details are provided before the move.

• Be present or appoint a representative during the move.

• Secure parking permits if necessary at both origin and destination.
   

8. Delays & Force Majeure
I to J Moving is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, or events beyond our control. We will communicate all changes and work diligently to complete your move on time.

9. Long-Distance Moves

• Delivery windows are provided as estimates. Delays may occur.

• Items may be co-loaded with other shipments unless a private truck is requested (additional charges may apply).
   

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Colorado.

11. Amendments
I to J Moving reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available upon request or on our website.
